My project today

A project I have been putting off for a while was finished today. Michaels had some stretched canvas on sale so I bought a package of two 16 x 20 canvases, painted them black and attached 490 inchies...YEP 490! That is just on the two large canvases and doesn't include the other small canvases in the picture. I am not making inchies for swaps much any longer and wanted to get some of mine and others that I've swapped for on the walls for everyone to enjoy. If you see your inchies on my wall...THANKS! I have received some beautiful inchie work in the swaps I've participated in the past 3 years.

looks like 238 inches per canvas...VERY, VERY COOL IDEA!! Mine are all in zip lock bags for the moment...I have a small wooden cigar box that has a sliding lid...I had decided to paint that and cover the outside with inchies (the lid and the sides) and then keep the really special ones inside the box.

But I had not put much more thought into what to do with them. sometimes I use them on ATCs and greeting cards, but mostly I just save them :)

Thanks for sharing such a phenomenal idea!
